Letters to the editor and any other notices should be placed in a sealed envelope with Hardwicke Matters written on it, and placed in the boxes labelled Hardwicke Matters in the One Stop Shop on Elmgrove Road East, or Westbourne News on Westbourne Drive, alternatively they can be emailed toeditor@hardwickematters.co.uk

These boxes can also be used for Parish Council and Village Hall Committee correspondence, please mark envelopes accordingly
